Visual Contrast is a Los Angeles based art and design studio led by founder Jeff Hughes. Featuring works from our team of artists, we specialize in fine art production, design collaboration, and curate modern collections. We design our pieces to bring unique perspectives to spaces of all styles and sizes.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Visual Contrast founder Jeff Hughes brings a thoughtful new approach to the production of fine art.
His passion for art from a young age followed him to university, graduating from the University of Manchester with a degree in art history. After university, Jeff spent several years working in London’s top galleries. He then brought his expertise working with designers and retailers stateside where he’s spent the last 10 years building relationships with brand and design partners to create bespoke art collections.
Jeff’s vision for Visual Contrast is to create a destination for unique, handmade art crafted by a community of exceptional artists. One’s connection to art is personal, and Visual Contrast aims to cultivate an online space for exploration, discovery, and collection. Jeff hopes every customer enjoys the thrill of finding the perfect piece.
