Papier Collé Collection

With both curvaceous forms and sharp lines, the Papier Collé Collection uses layering and collage to create dynamism and contrast in its compositions. Inspired by the papier collé technique popularized in the early 20th century, this collection employs paper collage to create minimal compositions, allowing the viewer to focus on the movement of the lines and shapes. Sheets of handmade Japanese paper are cut by hand and arranged to form shapes in the negative space between them. The neutral shades in the ash and pear colorway complement one another, while the carbon and pear colorway makes a statement with its high contrast. Designed in inverse pairs, this collection looks best hung in groups- mix and match colorways and designs for a classic or unique look!
