Made in Los Angeles.
Silkscreened by hand using solvent-free, water-based inks.
All of our works are ready-to-hang with hardware attached to the frame (d-rings with hanging wire).
We prefer to use plexiglass on our works which is safer than glass and less likely to get damaged in transit. Non-reflective plexiglass is available upon request. This will incur an additional charge.

ABOUT THE ARTIST // BEN
Employing interesting patterns, provocative line work, and stimulating color combinations, Ben creates unique and thoughtful artwork in a variety of different mediums. With a focus on dimension and texture, he creates depth in his compositions through innovative techniques. Exploring a variety of printmaking methods such as silkscreening, linocut printing, embossing, and relief printing, Ben has mastered numerous ways of printing and often uses a combination of techniques to create his art.
ABOUT THIS COLLECTION // EMBOSSED PAPERS
With bending lines and weaving forms, the Embossed Papers use dimension and texture to create an energetic flowing pattern. Zigzagging lines guide your eyes back and forth through the composition as the weight of each line differs, creating forms in the negative space. Using a blind embossing technique, first the sheets of handmade paper are silkscreened a single color, then pressed against a sheet of carved linoleum to create an impression in the paper. The monochromatic color schemes emphasize the raised design on the surface, making the embossing the focus of the artwork. Playful and provoking, these artworks are sure to catch your eye with their bright colors and shining metallic hues. Choose your favorites to be hung together in a grid to experience the artwork’s full effect.
